Silvano (Satch) Santilli, CEO

Qualifications: Diploma in Agricultural Sciences(Eng) – Hawkesbury Agricultural College

 

 

Background: Satch started with The Case Corporation in 1982 in the position as sales coordinator. Since then he has held positions in the areas of sales management, product specialist, marketing and branch  management. Satch was retail store manager for Sydney when the business was purchased from Case Corporation in 1994 by Semco.

Peter Esse, director

Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting Master of Management – University of Western Sydney

Background: Peter joined Case Corporation in 1972. Since then he has held positions in Accounting, Treasury, Business Management, Project Management, Parts Management, Retail Store Management, Marketing and General Management. In 1994, together with Graham and Satch, Peter started Case Equipment Sales which has just rebranded itself to be Semco Group.

Peter´s memberships include: Institute of Company Directors Member, Institute of Internal Auditors & Justice of the Peace.

 

 

 

Graham Murphy, director

Background: Graham joined the Industry in 1969 as a Sales Cadet with Clark Equipment, the Michigan Manufacturers, spent some 16 years or more with the Clark Equipment Brand, as well as others uch as Euclid,Wabco, Demag, Le Tourneau etc.He then joined Waugh & Joey´s ( Cat) which became Gough & Gilmour) eventually joining Case in 1992.  two years later he helped found Semco Pty Ltd.

Graham´s memberships include: The Institute of Quarrying, IPWEA.

 

Colin Wisely, parts manager

Tonie Spalding, service manager

Background: Tonie commenced as a storeman with Case (C&H) in 1971. He stayed with them for 21 years, advancing to the role of transport manager. Tonie then joined Semco (Case Equipment Sales) in 1996 and has been service manager since 2001.

His experience covers several brands including Case, Takeuchi, Fermac, Terex and others. Tony’s service team are commited to deliver competitive labour rates and prompt, personal service. That’s why both big and small customers of Semco return to us year after year.

 

      Steve Zivkovich, chief operating officer

Qualifications: Marketing Diploma, Certificate IV Workplace Assessor & Trainer, Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety

Background: Steve has been in the construction 18 years and all that time has been with us. Steve is responsible for Case IH Tractors. He also is responsible for our Queanbeyan Parts and Service.

 

Mark Harrison, parts manager

Qualifications: Qualified Mechanic

Background: Mark started his career as an apprentice mechanic with Massey Ferguson & New Holland. He remained in Orange for some years and found his niche in spare parts. Mark had a break from the industry as a ski instructor but returned in 2004 as a parts interpreter for Semco. By 2005 Mark was promoted to parts manager in Queanbeyan. He prides himself in the accuracy, speed and consistency of parts delivery for Semco’s agricultural and construction clients.

 

 

 

 

Mark Skimmings, sales manager Queanbeyan

Background: Mark Skimmings started in the industry straight out of boarding school working on cottons farms in far western NSW in 1976 , the n  -moved into spare parts with John Deere dealer in Wee waa from there he moved in machinery sales with various other companies at age 19 but moved to Queanbeyan from northern NSW in 1983 where he has been employed for the last 25 years in machinery sales of agricultural and construction equipment , mark covers an area of south east and southern NSW.

Stuart Mackley, sales Queanbeayan

 

Background: Stuart started his mechanical apprenticeship at aged 18 on agricultural and construction machinery in Victoria, later relocating to western NSW where worked on farms around Condobolin. He then moved to Queanbeyan where he has been working for the last 23 years as a fully qualified diesel mechanic, later taking up the position of service manager. Stuart now handles machinery sales.
