- Strict Sale Deadline: The Semco Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo Clearance Sale concludes strictly at 5:00 PM on Sunday, 19th of April 2026. No clearance offers or negotiations will be accepted after this time.
- Stock Availability: All clearance pricing and negotiations are valid strictly while stocks last. Inventory is limited to items physically present at the expo. We will not offer rainchecks, backorders, or clearance pricing on stock held at our St Mary’s branch or other locations.
- Equipment Condition: All machinery, attachments, parts, and consumables are sold as brand new, unless explicitly labeled and sold as ex-demo, shop-soiled, or used.
- Warranty: Brand-new equipment is fully backed by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. For any items labeled as ex-demo or used, please confirm the specific warranty conditions with the Semco team prior to finalising your purchase.
- Finance Options: Competitive finance is available on larger machinery and equipment purchases to approved applicants only. Standard lending criteria, fees, terms, and conditions apply. Speak to our team on-site for a quote.
- Offer Acceptance: The acceptance of any “make an offer” price is at the absolute discretion of Semco Directors and on-site management. All sales finalised at the expo are binding.
- Availability: Promotional pricing and “CEO Sale” offers apply only to brand-new, in-stock Takeuchi Excavators and Track Loaders currently held at the Semco St Mary’s (Sydney) Dealership.
- Campaign Duration: Offers are valid for a limited time only, concluding in three weeks or while stocks last. Semco reserves the right to end the promotion once floor stock is depleted.
- Pricing & Offers: “Lowest ever seen” pricing is subject to individual machine specifications. All “Best Offers” are subject to management approval.
- Exclusions: All quoted prices exclude shipping, freight, and delivery charges from the St Mary’s dealership to the customer’s location.
- Finance: Promotional clearance pricing is standalone. Finance offers are separate from clearance deals and are subject to third-party lending criteria and approval.
