SEMCO Diesel, Dirt & Turf 2025 Toro Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. An ABN is not required.
• Entrants must attend the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo 2025 between 16th–18th May and visit the SEMCO stand to enter.
• Entry is free of charge. No purchase or subscription is required.
• This promotion is open to residents of NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, and ACT.
• Residents of SA, NT, and WA are not eligible to enter.

2. Exclusions

This competition is not open to:

• Exhibitors at the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo 2025
• Contractors working for exhibitors
• Employees and immediate family members of exhibitors
• Event organisers and their immediate family members
• Any person or entity directly involved in the administration, planning, or execution of this promotion

3. How to Enter

• Eligible participants must scan the QR code at the SEMCO or participating partner stands and complete the online entry form with valid details.
• One entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize Details

• The total prize is valued at $5,000 AUD and includes:
  • Toro ES3000 zero-turn mower
  • Delivery and pre-delivery inspection provided by SEMCO

5. Draw & Announcement

• The winner will be drawn at the SEMCO stand on Sunday, 18th May 2025.
• The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, a redraw may occur at SEMCO’s discretion.

6. General Conditions

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• SEMCO reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes if they are selected as the winner.

• All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with SEMCO’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion.
